I am a freelance enthusiast photographer with keen interest in landscape, wildlife, pet, portraits and nature photography. I've loved taking pictures since I was a child. It was not until many years later that I am formalising my photographic skills with ongoing study and by attending Masterclass workshops and photography days conducted by award-winning professional wildlife photographers. My photography style may or may not be unique. However, being there at the right time, right places with a photographer’s natural eye, I have been able to capture either scenes of stunning beauty or the soul of animals when they look through the lens. I'm inspired by the love I have for the world we live in. I have photographed many different subjects, scenes, and moments in my everyday travels. There's a picture around every corner.
Why ‘Grumpy’? In recent times, we have been made aware of the gradual environmental loss of the fantastic, gorgeous, weird and wonderful animal, flora and fauna species. No matter how we look at this dire situation, it is a double-edged sword and a catch-22 too. It is a HUGE task to take on the numerous conservation efforts to save this planet for future generations. I try to do my own little bit - conservation through my lens. Just recording and sharing photos of critically endangered animal and fauna species; recording for future references. I envisage my photography to be an evolving project. A lot is being planned - a blog, prints may become available in the future, etc. Do come back once in a while to see what I have been up to. Get in touch if you like to chat about a project I may be able to help you out. Thank you for stopping by today.
